We respect your privacy. Here we explain, in plain words, what data is processed when you visit westoriesmusic.com (the "Website"), what for, and what your rights are. This policy follows Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is WOOHEDA LLC, a New Mexico (USA) limited liability company, located at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87107, USA. For any question about your data, write to us at our email.
2. What data
- Data you give us: if you write to us, your name, your email and whatever you tell us.
- Technical data: like any website, the server records basic data about each visit (IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, date and time) so the Website works and stays secure.
- Browsing data for measurement and advertising: Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel record how you use the Website (pages you view, where you came from, your device and your approximate location) through cookies and identifiers. We don’t identify you by name. More details in Cookies.
The Website has no forms, doesn’t ask you to sign up and doesn’t store payment data or sensitive data.
3. What for
- To run the Website and protect it.
- To reply to your messages.
- To know how many people visit us and what content interests them, so we can improve the Website.
- To measure our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram, and to show them to people who have already visited us.
We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
4. Who it is shared with
Only with the providers needed for the Website to work, and only for that purpose: the Website’s hosting, Cloudflare (which makes it faster and more secure), the email service, Google Fonts (the Website’s typefaces) and YouTube (the videos, only once you press play). To measure visits and ads, with Google (Analytics and Ads) and with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which process that data under their own policies. The controller (WOOHEDA LLC) and several of those providers are located outside Argentina, mainly in the United States: your data may be stored and processed there, with each provider’s security measures. We may also have to share it if an authority requests it under the law. More details in Cookies.
5. How long
- Your messages: for as long as the conversation lasts, and afterwards for as long as needed to reply to you or to meet legal obligations.
- Server technical data: the minimum time needed for the Website’s security.
- Measurement and advertising data: the time set by each tool (detailed in Cookies).
After that, it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, update it or have it deleted by writing to our email. It’s free. You can also withdraw at any time the consent you gave for measurement and advertising cookies (see Cookies). You can request access every six months, or sooner if you have a legitimate interest (Art. 14, para. 3, Law No. 25,326).
The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.
7. If you visit us from Europe
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the rights granted by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country. We only use measurement and advertising cookies if you accept them, and we process technical data based on our legitimate interest in keeping the Website working and secure.
8. Minors
The Website is not intended for children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we add something new (for example, a newsletter), we will update this page beforehand. The version published here, with its date at the top, always applies.
