1. Intellectual property: all of this has an owner
Our artists are original creations and they are protected. They belong to their right holders, who authorize WeStories Music to use them:
- The complete characters: the name, signature, face and appearance, voice, personality, story, phrases and aesthetics of each IArtist.
- The music: the songs, lyrics, recordings and music videos.
- Everything else: photos, texts, the WeStories Music name and logo, the word «IArtists» (in Spanish, «IArtistas») as part of our identity, and the design of the Website.
Everything we create belongs to its owners from the moment it is created, whether registered or not: this is recognized by Argentine Law No. 11,723 and by the Berne Convention, which protect works from their creation. The publication date on our Website and on our social media is a public record of who made it first.
Registrations. In addition, we register our artists’ trademarks with Argentina’s National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and we deposit our works with the National Copyright Office (DNDA). Some of those registrations may be pending.
